If you are not happy with your product, you may return/exchange your ECOEGO Bamboo case and/ SUKI Wooden Sunglasses within 7 days of receiving your products.

  • Returns & Exchanges apply only within 7 days of receiving your product
  • Please return the product to us in the brand-new condition as we sent it 
  • Please include the name of the purchaser as well as your order number
  • We suggest that you return the product to us with shipping that offers EMS tracking
